We are Tasmanias largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, providing services unique to the local Tasmanian community.Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced people leader to lead our team of consultants based throughout Northern and North West Tasmania.This opportunity is truly unique and is perfect if you are looking for a position with plenty of variety, autonomy, and flexible working hours.Job DescriptionBased in either Launceston or the North West of Tasmania, you will:Lead, supervise and coach a team of rehabilitation consultants working remotely across Northern/North West Tasmania.Have excellent communication and people management skills.Encourage a team environment that is focused on commitment to deliver service excellence.Manage your own caseload of clients in workplace rehabilitationNetwork and build meaningful relationships with key customersMeet individual and team targets.QualificationsExperience in the Occupational Rehabilitationindustry with a good understanding of the relevant legislation.Tertiary allied health qualifications in any of the following areas:Occupational TherapyExercise PhysiologyPhysiotherapySocial WorkPsychologyRehabilitation CounsellingNursingChiropractorSpeech PathologyMedical PractitionerRegistration with relevant professional body such as AHRPA, ASORC, ESSA or AASW.Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;Additional InformationWhat we offer you:Truly flexible work arrangements (work from home, part-time, supportive of family commitments)Extensive employee benefits package including salary packaging, novated leasing, leave purchasing scheme, paid parental leave, Employee Assistance Program and much more!Looking for a change in lifestyle?
