We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.As a Workday HCM Senior Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients and speak at conference.This remote role can be located anywhere within Australia to perform the required responsibilities.Key ExpectationsProvide expertise in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll/Time & Absence)Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clientsWork with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into WorkdayAssist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other thirdparty or custom solutionsMentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledgeResolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need supportCollaborate and communicate effectively on teambased projectsFacilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practicesMaintain clients ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenceable once in productionProvide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project statusInnovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectivelyMaintain Workday certifications and qualificationsEnsure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems)Demonstrate computational thinking. Identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needsContribute to and mold a culture of continuous education among your colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role modelProvide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoptionRequired Skills and ExperienceCurrent Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one other of the following HCM solutions: Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll, Time and Absence.2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experienceBachelors Degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious consulting experience with a consulting/software companyPrevious experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applicationsDemonstrated project management experienceFunctional human resources experienceAbility to effectively manage against timelines and goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering abilitiesAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction and selftrainingExperience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously a plusExpected travel is +/-25% depending on projectEqual Opportunity StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or status as a Vietnam or disabled veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
